This wonderful new built villa is located near super paradise beach, just 3 minute’s drive from the beach , 10 minute’s drive from town center , and 10 minute’s drive from Mykonos international airport.
The villa is 278 square meters with 6 big bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
At the first level there is a big living room with fire place and dinning room for 8 and a fully equipped kitchen.
At the pool level
3 double bedrooms with private bathroom for each room
2 twin rooms , one with private bathroom
1 big double room with private bathroom and its own living room ( and a
built sofa ). That room is like an small apartment in the villa and can
accommodate 3 persons .
At the same lever there is a big living room with sofa couch (can sleep 2
more persons)
Totally 6 bedrooms for 13 persons and if is high season and there is no
availability to other hotels or villas can accommodate 2 more persons at
the living room (maximum 15)
There is parking area for 4 cars , private swimming pool with solar shower
All the rooms are fully air-conditioned

Very big veranda with nice view overlooking the Aegean sea with
barbeque , and dinning table for 10 persons
around the pool there are 8 sunbeds
